It is a cover associated with your travel i.e. while traveling the Travel Insurance is a benefit available on your Platinum, Titanium & Gold Credit Card which offers indemnification to you for unforeseen eventualities.
What am I covered for?
The cover includes Personal Accidents, Emergency Medical Services, Baggage and Inconvenience Benefits as explained in the coverage and benefits table that can be claimed within maximum 180 days per travel trip beginning and ending at your home (United Arab Emirates - another country - United Arab Emirates).
What do you mean by Common Carrier?
Common carrier means any public transport by road, rail. Sea or air with a licensed carrier.
How do I enroll for the Travel Insurance Feature?

What is the process for making claims under Travel Insurance?

In the event of an event occurring that may give rise to a claim under this cover, the cardholder, or his legal / personal representative, should contact Ajman Credit Union Customer Service:

Original invoices, receipts, official reports, tickets, agreements, credit cards slips or other documentary evidence will be required to be submitted in support of any claim

Upon contacting Ajman Credit Union to report a claim, the cardholder should request a claim form, which should be returned to the concerned officers of Ajman Credit Union at cfd-chargeback@ajmancrunion.com on the earliest along with all required supporting documentation, claimants are advised to retain copies of all documents for their own reference

It is highly advised that for raising a claim it should be within a month of the event, failure to do so may result in non-payment of the insured person’s claim
